This website was started and put together by my wife and I. As parents of a daughter with Down syndrome, we wanted to have a place where all local parents could visit for information that normally, is spread all over the place, and difficult to keep track of or even find.

We wish some of this information was easy to find when Mary was born. Before your child arrives, you really have next to no idea what is in store. Many emotions come into play when you find out your own child has Down syndrome. But with some help, support, and love, you will find that that your child will bring you the same love and joy as any other child.

The site is designed primarily for our local Community. But wherever you are, we hope that it helps you with your exciting and new path in life with your special child.
